This is one of my favorites. I used to love ice cream so switching to the plant-based diet required me to get creative. Fortunately, there are some great companies that offer products that are delicious and healthier alternatives.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup Tempt (hemp ice cream, Vanilla Bean)
- 5 pitted dates
- 1 frozen banana
- 10-15 ice cubes
- Splash of vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients in a blender except the cinnamon.
- Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
