Fruit With Coconut Milk

A light and tasty dessert that’s satisfying but doesn’t leave you feeling stuffed and lethargic.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup Agave Nectar
  • Chopped fruit of your choice
  • Toasted Sesame seeds (optional)
  • Mint leaves

Directions

  1. Chop your fruit and set it aside in a bowl
  2. Over medium heat pour coconut milk into sauce pan, stir frequently
  3. Add agave nectar (more if you like it sweeter)
  4. After about 15 minutes after mixture is warm remove from heat
  5. Let cool just slightly, pour over bowl of fruit
  6. Serve immediately topped with toasted sesame seeds and mint leaves.
