  • Your choice bran flake cereal. I like this one.
  • 1/2 cup organic fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup soy yogurt
  • Sprig of fresh chopped organic spearmint


  1. Fill your bowl with cereal
  2. Add yogurt
  3. Tops with blueberries
  4. Sprinkle spearmint on top
