A study found that avocado eater get more fiber and may be thinner. Researchers looked over participants’ 24-hour food intake for the National Health and Nutrition Examination Study.
These participants from eating avocados got more fiber and vitamins E and K, plus magnesium, potassium, and healthy fats than those who skipped this creamy green fruit.
So whip up some healthy guacamole or spread some avocado smear on some vegetables for a deliciously healthy snack! Just go easy on the chips!
