A light and tasty dessert that’s satisfying but doesn’t leave you feeling stuffed and lethargic.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup Agave Nectar
  • Chopped fruit of your choice
  • Toasted Sesame seeds (optional)
  • Mint leaves

Instructions 

  • Chop your fruit and set it aside in a bowl
  • Over medium heat pour coconut milk into sauce pan, stir frequently
  • Add agave nectar (more if you like it sweeter)
  • After about 15 minutes after mixture is warm remove from heat
  • Let cool just slightly, pour over bowl of fruit
  • Serve immediately topped with toasted sesame seeds and mint leaves.
