
Fruit With Coconut Milk
A light and tasty dessert that’s satisfying but doesn’t leave you feeling stuffed and lethargic.
Ingredients
- 1 can Coconut Milk
- 1/4 cup Agave Nectar
- Chopped fruit of your choice
- Toasted Sesame seeds (optional)
- Mint leaves
Instructions
- Chop your fruit and set it aside in a bowl
- Over medium heat pour coconut milk into sauce pan, stir frequently
- Add agave nectar (more if you like it sweeter)
- After about 15 minutes after mixture is warm remove from heat
- Let cool just slightly, pour over bowl of fruit
- Serve immediately topped with toasted sesame seeds and mint leaves.
