  • 2 small apples
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 lime
  • 1-2 small garlic cloves
  • 1 roma tomato
  • 1/2 a cucumber or more if you like
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1/2 cup of mixed berries: blueberry (blackberry, strawberry)


  • Juice all and drink it right away. You will feel a boost of energy nearly immediately!
