
Morning Bliss Tropical Smoothie
I have had this smoothie three times this week its so delicious! Its fresh, light, and is a good way to start your morning. Maca root is an optional ingredient in this smoothie, but I highly recommend it for its health properties particularly for women. Not only is it good for increasing energy and helping relieve depression, but it also improves hormones imbalances, memory, and immune health.
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
- Juice from one freshly squeezed orange
- 1/2 cup fresh cut up mango
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 fresh lime Juice
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp Maca root ((optional))
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 ice cubes
- 2 tbsp purified water
