Tofu Press – Stainless Steel

This stainless steel tofu press is the only one I’ll use. The 5-pound weighted-top works great to remove water quickly from tofu with no mess. Worth every penny.

I use this stainless steel tofu press multiple times a week. It works great to get the water out of tofu and I don’t have to worry about stacking heavy items to drain the tofu. I place a square cooking tray underneath the tofu press and set it in the refrigerator. About 30 minutes later, I empty the tray and then can marinate my tofu.
