Raspberry Banana Smoothie: Soothing Delight

About mid-afternoon I can sometimes feel my system slowing down. I’ve pushed through meetings, film shoots and editing sessions and, oops, forgot to eat lunch! Now, I’m a prime candidate for a quickie pick-me-up fix.
I didn’t give in and grab the first thing in sight at a fast-food pit stop. Instead, I whipped this up in less than two minutes in my Magic Bullet. It’s a raspberry-banana smoothie…made from left-over ingredients from Mother’s Day brunch. Wow! I came back to life fast! “I feel Good!” Try it…oh, and a quick meditational moment with Buddha also helped relax the nerves and bring a little peace to an otherwise hectic day.

  • Banana
  • Pineapple
  • Coconut water
  • Orange Juice


  • Simply blend it, baby! I love the Magic Bullet because it’s so simple and you don’t have a big blender to clean after you make your smoothie. Enjoy and Keep Fit!
