Salad that will Make Your Taste Buds Come Alive

Every bite will make your mouth beckon your hand to feed you more!  This one is super simple and, oh, man…it’s good!

All the flavors, textures, colors, aromas, and, let’s not forget, nutrient-rich foods will make you crave more, more, more! I like eating to be delightful to all my senses.

Here’s the best part–it’s quick to prepare and there’s no cooking involved! What’s in it?

It’s a spinach salad with organic strawberries, blueberries, cherry tomatoes, radishes, onions, red bell pepper, cucumbers, carrots, dried cranberries, even some capers. I top my salad with a dollop of garlic hummus and a sprinkling of pine nuts and some crunchy toasted honey-mustard pretzel bites (just a few), then drizzle some balsamic vinegar over the whole thing. Sometimes I even add a tablespoon of a yummy arrabbiata sauce. I know… sounds weird but the flavors really do go well together.
