Siena Marilyn’s Fabulous Bruschetta Recipe

This is a side dish that's an all-time favorite and, of course, is perfect for any time of day. If you have gluten sensitivity, try the gluten-free baguette in the ingredient list (your purchase helps support this site–we thank you!). My daughter, Siena Marilyn, makes this bruschetta taste so amazing.


  • 2 cloves fresh chopped garlic
  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • Handful fresh basil
  • 1/2 Juice from lime
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  • 1 Gluten-free Baguette (or any type you like)


  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • Toast or simply slice the bread
  • Spread the mixture on the bread
