- Your choice bran flake cereal. I like this one Nature’s Path Organic Heritage Flakes
- 1/2 cup organic fresh blueberries
- 1 cup soy yogurt
- Sprig of fresh chopped organic spearmint
Instructions
- Fill your bowl with cereal
- Add yogurt
- Tops with blueberries
- Sprinkle spearmint on top
