- Eggplant (grilled and sliced)
- Goat cheese (hummus, or nut cheese)
- Grilled red bell pepper
- Juice of lemons
Instructions
- Roll all the ingredient into the grilled eggplant
- Serve immediately
- Squeeze a little lemon juice on top
