What To Drink On The Plant-Based Diet

One of the best things you can drink is pure water and plenty of it. But I know that we all like to have some other options. So here’s what I recommend.

Almond Milk

Hemp Milk

Soy Milk (sparingly)

Teas, hot or iced (with no or very little caffeine)

Vegetable juice (from fruit you juice yourself, nothing canned or bottled)

Fruit juice (from fruit you juice yourself, nothing canned or bottled)

Supplement plant-based shakes like Vega One.

Dehydrated green drinks like Doc Broc

Lemonade (made fresh and sweetened with honey, stevia, or agave nectar)
