To offer tailored programs for each individual student to help them connect deeply to the body, mind, and spirit. To teach foundational principles of healthy alkaline, whole-food, plant-based eating and how yoga and meditation help guide students through their own personal transformation of creating a Better YOU, Better World.
Live Fit Yoga Flow
Being a yoga teacher and plant-based specialist is a deep passion for me. It’s an opportunity to enhance and enrich people’s lives. My dedication is to help people live a successful, peaceful, healthy and harmonious life filled with balance and prosperity. To be a wellness enthusiast is a journey in helping others achieve infinite energy and passion to create the life they love and live deeply engaged in the present moment. Each session offers a creative, enjoyable space for students to be anandamaya (filled with bliss) in each moment on an off their mats.
Fitness has been a part of my life for decades. But my training has changed over the years from a push-yourself-right-into-pain-for-supposed-gain mentality to gentler but equally invigorating workouts that show more effective results.
I’ve learned to “find my edge” but not hurt myself in the process. I’ve learned that being kind starts with first turning the kindness inward to fill up your body, your mind, your soul.
What does kindness have to do with physical fitness? Everything. The words, actions, and stories, we tell ourselves create the directives for how our bodies behave and respond to every day demands.
Fitness is more than a 60-minute workout class, weight lifting, jogging, cycling…all good physical exercise, but doing it without a mindful connection increases the opportunity for injury or lack of interest to continue.

I guide you through an inner journey to wellness. I bring my training from yoga, Pilates, and even Kahiko Hula (ancient style) into fitness workouts that energize your body and mind. For twist on traditional yoga, try My Tahitian Yoga Flow. It promises to burn calories, workup a good sweat and leave you feeling sexy and strong. My Tahitian Yoga Flow is excellent for men and women from beginners to seasoned athletes.
I help you create space in your mind by releasing worry, fear, and stress and learning to “Take Out The Trash” to make room for treasures.
As the founder of ThePlantBasedDiet.com, I offer guidance to help you transform your eating habits to an alkaline, whole-food, plant-based diet that properly fuels your body. You’ll learn about the vital role that food plays in your life and your reactions to life.
